Heat Wave
We've had a sudden heat wave here in Britain and my bedroom (where I usually write) went from being a bit too warm to unbearable in the space of a weekend. So I moved downstairs today and wrote in the back-room, which meant I could have the patio doors open so it was lovely and cool. I was able to write without too many distractions, save for my Pug barking now and again ;)
I have completed another chapter (4,000 words). I edited out one chapter which wasn't really needed. These chapters I'm writing now are really fun but they are based in a very historic place so I am quite wary of not doing it justice. I suppose I can only write what I see in my imagination :)
