What does an otter, a lolita doll, Gir, Kyle Broflovski, cupcakes, a ninja, a bunny, a turtle, and Harry Potter cupcakes all have in common?

I actually made about 15 cupcakes for my friends for Valentine's Day but I don't want to upload all of them so here's one:

If you can't tell, they're cupcakes of the house colors (The cake part being the darker color and the icing being the lighter color) with a scarf and a hat.
