ETA: I'll leave it to you to decide what "often" means.
ETA2: We (largely meaning adaese) buy food from:
- the local corner shop, which is a small Tesco (milk etc)
- the not quite so local supermarket, which is a Sainsbury's (when we need items that the local Tesco doesn't stock)
- get deliveries from Sainsbury's
- get weekly fruit and veg deliveries, and occasional meat deliveries, from Riverford
- go to the market in Bristol.
