This book is set in a small Alabama town where there has been 3 African American Church Burnings.... and a newcomer police officer from New York is brought in to work the case. From the beginning the profile targets the Talented and Gifted students at the local highschool. There are a lot of twists and turns, investigations, surprises, and a romance is thrown in to boot! I couldn't put it down.
