Weekend Update in Advance
Tonight I'm headed out to Gresham to attend the first of 3 candidate endorsement meetings held by the Multnomah County Democratic Party. Then tomorrow there will be two sessions held at PSU. Each session is broken up into types of races. Local, versus, county/city, versus statewide. Should be interesting. I was sort of asked to do all the credentialling as well as vote tallying for all three events, (because the Vice Chair is out of town), but managed to negotiate that down to one of the sessions tomorrow. I'll be counting the votes on who we endorse for governor etcetera, and won't have to deal with the numerous other types of races. *whew*
Sunday, I HAVE to go to the library as I'm basically out of books to read and have a book on hold that has arrived. Lots of things to turn in too.
Monday will be relaxation day, and I plan on just napping, and possibly doing some laundry... as I have the President's Day off for a change.
