Description for February 11 Mike DeMarte of long-time Portland Italian impressario Zancanella Imports will be here to pour his best "just off the ship" Italian wines, as well as old favorites from small producers in Tuscany, Piedmont, & more. We've been sampling some this week and there are some mighty delicious new arrivals you won't want to miss.
They have free tastings every Saturday, and more extensive tastings for a fee on Friday nights. They also have an email newsletter that always has lots of interesting information. I haven't stopped by since I moved out of the Lloyd District a few years ago, but their staff was always helpful.
