Quick Update

My uncle is in surgery as of 2 PM today and expected to take 7 hours at the minimum. My parents are back in town to be there for my Uncle, and also to fix up the duplex rental. The candidates for renting it that showed up on Sunday didn't make the cut, so I have re-listed it on CNRG and Craigslist. Anyone in need of duplex housing in outer-SE Portland, drop me a comment as we'd love to rent to you!

Meeting my Dad in a few minutes after work and not sure what will be next on the agenda.
