*That's* their idea of flexible? BAH. Why can't companies grasp the idea that happy employees make loyal employees? Doesn't all the turnover affect the bottom line they were trying so hard to protect, anyway?
Oh yeah, it totally affects the bottom line. Previously they were training folks 4-6 weeks before putting them out on the floor answering calls. Now they get three days maximum before being thrown to the wolves... and it is wolves, because of the merger between Sprint & Nextel this month
