Summerr Time
Yeah so the summer has begun. Finished my exams last Monday. Had to take a fairly strange Women Studies Final in my teachers office. I was supposed to have all 3 exams in one day, but yeah that would have been ridiculous so I had one moved to Monday. There were two other people from my class taking it as well. We all sat at various desks around the room, but I was the last one finished because I like to write ohh so much. After finishing the exam I went and talked to Linda and told her that I would be working there tuesdays and thursdays after my summer Newport Architecture class. She was really happy and she said she hired a new girl so I will be meeting her in a week or so. Becky is going to be in Rome studying abroad all next semester. I told her I have to live vicariously through her and Kate, since Kate is going to teach English somewhere in Italy next semester. I cannot wait until I get the chance to visit. Hoping to God that it is sometime soon. Went to CCRI to get my transcript to fill out my intent to graduate form after that and of course run into Mo of all people when I am there for literally 15mins. Headed to Alex's house shortly after to help him move out of the Narragansett house back to Providence with my moms van minus all the seats. It was fun lol. We would have made it in one trip if someone did not have close to 60 boxes of shoes. Never thought I'd see the day where my mom's entire van is filled with shoe boxes. It ended up taking us two trips and it was pretty tiring. Got Taco Bell after the second trip and nearly crashed my mom's van..that was interesting and would have totally been my fault, but I dodged it so well. I am just glad that he is back in Providence it is so much better and non-awkward for me.
Tuesday morning I went and picked up Tj and took him to his salon where he cut my hair. I wanted to keep the length, so I only got an inch cut off and he redid my layers and straightened it for me. I like it a lot. He has the greatest sounding shampoo and conditioner there that is infused with diamonds, cashmere and sapphires? lol who knows it sounds so over the top and was really expensive. I like his salon a lot though it is really nice. Went to Alex's house after that because it was literally at the most like 7 minutes away from Tj's salon. I watched Flash Forward and Monsters Inc with Natalie. Took a nap when Alex arrived and ordered Dangelos steak and cheese sandwiches. Stayed in for the night. Alex studied and I read and watched tv...this particularly awesome episode of Lost for instance. Loved it.
Wednesday morning I hung out with Laura. We went to her doctors so she could get tested for TB and drop of her blood work papers so that she could get them filled out to start school. Went to Emerald Square and a few stores on the same street as Emerald Square after that. We didn't end up buying anything, but it was still fun. I am so disappointed that Arby's is no longer in the food court there. I was craving it so bad and when we actually went to eat I found out it was gone :( Laura dropped me off afterwards and I hung out with Rabia later in the day. We just hung out at her house and determined people's sun and moon signs which was interesting. Also watched this weird thing on the internet that Rafay wanted us too..so strange after you stare at it for awhile and look awhile it makes everything look like its swirling around and expanding for a few seconds lol.
Thursday morning I watched Happy Town and Sherlock Holmes with my sister. Was supposed to go out to eat with the family for Micheal's 17th birthday but he ended up getting really sick and turns out he has scarlet fever...lol totally thought that was made up for some reason. So we didn't end up going, but Alex came over anyways. We went both went out to eat at On the Border and had the funniest waiter. He kept calling our drinks and chips insurance whenever he would bring us over refills and I totally thought he said that he and the people in the kitchen make dick and fart jokes, but Alex said no he didn't say that..lol who knows he was interesting though. We went to the sea wall in Narragansett after that and stayed there for about 15mins before we were freezing due to the intensely cold wind. Went to his friend Ray's house later and took a trip to the liquor store. I like Ray he is really cool, met him last Thursday at the Twiddle concert at The Wheel House in Narragansett...such a fun night lol. Alex's drunken behavior was hilarious.."MICAYLA I NEED YOU TO HELP ME TO THE CAR," screaming like a crazy person outside the place. Had to drive his car and him home, which was pretty funny too "Play We Are Juggernaut!" Ohh yeah and that old man at the bar before the concert started asking me why I grow my hair so long and telling Alex to smile and hug/kiss me lol. Well anyways we played cards and listened to music for most of the night. I accidentally drank way too much and passed out/do not remember most of what went on. I feel really bad because Ray's girlfriend came over later on and I had been wanting to meet her for awhile and I was totally embarrassed by my condition. I cannot believe I did not throw up at all. I thought I was going to have to multiple times. Alex dropped me off at my house around 330am and I went to bed immediately.
Worked both Friday and Saturday and slept over Alex's house afterward both nights. We watched Arrested Development and Step Brothers between the two nights. Yesterday worked again came home with the worst headache so I stayed in. Ended up finishing watching Dexter season 4 on demand. All I can say is most shocking, unexpected ending I have ever witnessed in a tv show series finale evverrrrr. I could not even breath for a minute there I could not believe it at all. I cannot wait for season 5. I looked it up and it says Showtime renewed it for a 5th season, but I don't know when it will be on due to the main character Micheal Hall's (totally strange writing that) cancer.
Well better go get ready. Going to see Coheed and Cambria in Boston at The House of Blues tonight. Should be fun finally get to see Alex's favorite band with him. I believe I had seen them at Warped Tour one year for two mins at the most to take a picture for him, but that's about it & I really only know 3 songs at the most, but I know it will be fun :)
