New Semesterr
So here starts another semester..and one of my teacher expects us to by this Wednesday have our final topics for our final papers or art projects/papers picked. Is she crazy...like I even want to start thinking about that.
My RI History class seems like it will be really interesting...a ridiculous amount of reading, but the professor is really funny and I believe I will enjoy it. Two of the five books I must read are by him. He let us know that he wasn't trying to make a profit because he only actually makes $1 a book when they are priced at $25, I could not believe it when he told us that is upsurd...I figured authors would make wayy more, but anyways our paper in that class isn't a serious term paper which is awesome. It is a paper on our family history, no footnotes!
I started my on campus job at the slide library again. I really enjoy it. It is so nice and laid back.
This past weekend Alex and I babysat and I received some chunky throw-up in my hands, which inturn almost made me puke. Natalie has a really bad cough and she had a coughing fit and threw up during it...but we were forewarned by Alexs sister that this might happen.
Laura came over Thursday night. We played Rock Band. I played drums for a good hour or so and everything was fine. My brother comes upstairs and asks to play a couple songs on the drum and the foot pedal no longer works. I am sooo sick of this. I purchased Guitar Hero WT when it came out the red pad on the drum stopped working after two hours. So I returned it. My mom bought my brother Rock Band for Xmas we used the drums at the most 10 times and the foot pedal stops working...I mean these things are almost $200 a piece and they suck.
Well I should be getting to sleep soon. I only have one class tomorrow medieval art, but I am working both before and after class. I like to get to campus early to get parking in Fine Arts and it fills up by 9, but my class doesn't start until 11. So I am working from 9:30 til 11 and then after class again until whenever I have had enough. Books weren't too bad this semester mostly because I still get to use my italian book from last semester which cost $214.
