Name: Lily.
Location: Massachusetts.
Age: 28.
Birthday: 18 May.

Favorite team(s): Boston Red Sox, Atlanta Braves, Los Angeles Dodgers. (Bits of Tampa Bay Rays and Texas Rangers.)

Favorite players: Derek Lowe, Jason Varitek, Chipper Jones, Andy LaRoche, Blake DeWitt, John Smoltz, Ian Kinsler, Russell Martin, JD Drew, CJ Wilson, Sean Burnett, Josh Beckett, Nate McLouth, Rafael Furcal, Nick Green. (The List really does go on and on and on, I should stop there.)

Favorite baseball memory: The moment, while watching the game, when it dawned on me that I love this sport so damn much. More than I ever expected to. To the point that I knew that it's my sport and that I not only know it but love it enough to claim it.

Favorite part of the game: Those moments where you just take in a deep breath and go 'damn I love this game'. Those moments for me include: a smooth swing, a strike out on a slow curveball, a diving catch, a double play that shouldn't have been able to be turned, a home run that barely clears the first row, a lefty-on-lefty match-up and more....

What made you get into the game? My girlfriend talked me into "just watching a couple innings" of the Sox play a game even thought I insisted I was a strictly one sport girl (hockey). The one game I was talked into watching was us winning the World Series. I haven't looked back since. (Being a native Masshole, I had some like for the Sox and I hated the Yankees, because it's in my blood.)

Any hobbies?: Writing constantly. Scoring games. Skating, playing hockey and playing catch. Collecting name and number shirts. Reading and reviewing.

Anything else you want us to know? Once someone gets me started on sports, I will not stop talking. I know my sports inside and out, and I love to talk about them.
