No water, mo' problems
Monday night our office no longer had working water. Apparently the pipes had frozen. We are the only tenant in the small strip center that was once a supermarket. (There was an ice cream parlor at the other end, but they closed in October.) Perhaps the landlord is too cheap to heat the part of the building where the pipes are? The man promised promised to have the water fixed by Thursday. I won't count on it.
Block district management didn;t do anything. They finally brought us some water jugs and a bucket to use if one needs to sue the restroom. Let's just say the district manager has lost a lot of respect from our staff for his inaction.
Anyway, our office finally had a productive day, churning out the returns in mid-afternoon. I had my busiest day so far. (About time.)
And I'll be able to obtain a "Vote Llama" t-shirt for you-know-who. ^_^
