Finally, a busy day
Friday I did three walk-in appointments, equaling my total output for the year.
The clients are the perfect example of the dastardly recession-wracked Michigan economy. One man, a carpenter, made 50% less money. He was using the proceeds from the refund loan to hire a U-haul truck and move to Pennsylvania. Another man had filed bankruptcy and was probably going to lose his house. He had a small refund, but not large to do a refund loan. (Refund minus fees has to be > $100 to get the loan.)
I could do without the frigid weather that is barreling down. Wind chills way below zero!
