I didn't decide...but they did deserve it. It was always for something awful, like running a pedophile ring, or taking desperate people and making them fight to the death...or turning the into monsters.

I'm talking corrupt politicians and CEO's that can't be touched by the cops due to money, power, and political influence.

Yeah, there was this one scientist dude...son of one of the most prominent, and most corrupt politicians in Japan. He was doing experiments, and used young college kids as guinea pigs.

There's only so much you can do to people like that. Putting them in jail accomplishes nothing if they can get sprung in two days, if they even go at all.

Rendering them socially broke doesn't do much either if they have powerful relatives. I ain't sayin' it's the right thing to do Nina, but sometimes it's the only thing that can be done.
