The last two weeks...
So the last two weeks have been really awsome! Highlights:
-Valentine's day I didn't have a valentine's day but by the end of the day I had many! hehehe. It was so neat. I brought home all these goodies and it wasn't the stuff that mattered to me it was just like the meaning behind it. One of the best gifts was all the hugs and smiles because that just made my day. Like wow some people actually cared enough to remember me. It was nice. I wasn't expecting anything and I don't really take that holiday seriously but it was definently a surprise for me.
-My friends have been going through some changes and not sharing in my happiness which isn't so stellar but well I know what their going through but the way I figure it is to make a memory now to put it in your pocket for later. These are the days that count...
-I've been a little bit more lax about my homework and oddly enough my grades are improving!
-I finally reached a private goal which I can't annouce just yet but it is such a relief I started crying with tears of joy. That's never happened before.
-Went to College station for a leadership conference last weekend. Wow that was some trip! A huge story that I'll have to write later or just ask me b/c wow. I got to meet a lot of new people too and made new friends and stuff. I found out what the laws of physical attraction mean. hehe. Care to dance? hehehehe. Shh...Silencio!
-Panaramic was fun too!
-I took my senior pic for cap and gown yesterday. It was rejuvinating it was like I'm almost there I can feel it. I had all the lil tasles and honors thing and medal and hat and I was like I'll be here in a couple of months. Time is flying by so quickly and while it hurts me and my friends we just have to make the most of it.
-I made my qualifying time of 4.4 miles in 44:54 so that means if I finish my requirments I get to go to Dallas. And today I placed third in my division for a 5k in edinburg. It took me 28:57 i think. it was fifty something. Then afterwards i got to go eat tacos and watch the parade and visit the new hospital.
-I'm in love with the spill canvas! My 3 favorite songs from them: 3485, This is for keeps, and Under the covers.
-I let Mr. Martinez read some of my stuff which is really weird cuz nobody can read my stuff only very few and he gave good feedback!
-I've apparently aquired a few new nicknames which include: luv bug, cute thing, stellar(which i got for apparently saying stellar all the time. gaspers! that's stellar! hehe.) blondie, and a few others. Oh yeah in regards to blondie I'm thinking of dying my hair back to brown what do you think?
- I have the most awsome friends ever! Passed my previous cal quiz. and a few other good things have been happening. I'm like wow doors are flying open for me. Thank God! It reminds me of that story Grandfather by Robert Fulghum read it sometime. If you count your blessing then you start to realize just how awsome life is and stop focusing less on the bad, the black. Spice it up with a smile a little white light and then things turn grey and finally make sense. It just feels nice right now. For once in my life I'm doing what I want to do and am okay with what's going on just taking things as they come living for the day for myself not nobody else. I don't really care much what people think and well they like me or don't. either way that's okay too... It's Christmas everyday! Just make the best of things.
