(no subject)
Hello from Ithaca, NY. I am staying here with Katie for the week. :) Yesterday when we got in we stayed here for a little bit, then she took me to Cornell's campus where we walked by the gorge and around a nice little lake, where we saw a crane and I watched my beautiful girl pick flowers. It was really nice. On the way back we stopped at Tops and got some groceries, then she made me dinner while listening to a string quartet, and we ate it also while listening to that string quartet and by candlelight. It was really nice. :) By the way, Rodenbach Grand Cru goes amazingly well with penne and meat sauce. Like, damn, god bless Rodenbach for being amazing. We will bust out the Cantillon a little later in the week.
Katie also told me that her kitty Ophelia is a little brat, and Ophelia has been nothing short of a really good kitty. She's really nice and she'll try and walk up on top of you while you sleep and walk up around your face, but if you just give her a little nudge she goes away back down to the end of the bed. She's a really good cat. Plus apparently she likes me a lot more than she likes most people. What can I say, my love for cats is returned by them. Cats loooove me. :)
Anyway, I am waiting for Katie to get home from work now so I can give her a back rub after a long day at the dairy farm. I also took care of last night's dishes for her since that's probably the last thing she wants to deal with after work haha. Anyway, I hope everyone is having a wonderful time back home and I will be back at the end of the week. :)
