this is more for personal note than anything else, but i figure I'll share with everyone since it would be sweet if it worked out.
Pretty much, if I take the job at the college again this summer (which I will assuming I can get there), I will need a car. I can make a little over $3,000 assuming I don't cop out on days because I'm being lazy. (Correct me if I'm wrong people who have worked there full summers, about 2 weeks in may, through August 11th is when we ended this year = about 12 weeks@$482 after taxes every 2 weeks x 6 =... $2892). My aunt is looking to buy a new car since she's had her volvo for like, 9 years. I could offer her 2-2.5k for it, and know I have that money guarenteed. The summer job would be 7-3:30, and then I have nights and/or weekends free for a second job, which ideally would be at the apple store in Carousel (like 5-9 shifts or something would be awesome just for the experience, even if it's not all that efficient having spend my first hour of every shift on gas to get there and back). Maybe my dad could help me out a little with rent/insurance or something, and that could work...
Assuming Joyce would buy the plan and give me a car before she saw any money. Which is along shot, but I am her favorite nephew, and if I am to make any money this summer, I need a car. :)
