From Cooks.com. A good website to search for recipes. If I'm looking for a recipe for just about anything, this is one of my top 3 (allrecipes.com, cooks.com, and of course, foodnetwork.com because Alton is on there and awesome :-D).
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
Over medium heat bring the above to a boil. Cook 1 minute and stir constantly. Makes about 1 cup. This sauce has no cholesterol and only 1 gram fat.
Now, I didn't cook this on the stovetop. I put it in a microwave safe bowl, and microwaved it until it bubbled, about a minute and a half in my microwave. I stirred it well, and added a touch more mustard to thicken it, and microwaved another 45 seconds. WATCH IT and don't let it boil over either time. It will thicken as it cools, so don't add too much, and it is good warm too.
