all over town
Well. I never think it is that long since a post, but it has been a longlong time.
So Becca's married and in London. Rachel's off on her study abroad in Fiji/New Zealand/Australia. Oh and Stephanie is there, too. And I am counting down the days until Jordan and I head off to Alaska. Jordan moved into our new place last week. It's his buddy's basement in a house south of campus. It's pretty nice and open. We have a pretty sweet entertainment system, which I think is important considering how much we watch movies. We got a bed, and the people before us sold us their table. So we're getting there.
K, well. Still job searching. It's a headache. But something will work out I hope. I've got a part-time job editing that India Documentary still. But as soon as it is done, I'm out of a job unless I find something else. Fingers crossed...
So wedding plans are wrapping up. Invitations should be sent either by the end of this week or early next week. I am getting my dress fitted tomorrow, and it should be all ready to go by next week. Our reception hall is squared away, we got the menu figured out, floor plan done, and decor chosen. The bridesmaid dresses+shoes are taken care of (huge sigh of relief). Planning on meeting with some cake people this weekend, still have some kinks to work out for the reception in Seattle.
