I saw:
Iron Man. Splendid. I liked it a lot. A solid superhero movie. Watching it with Morgan assured me it stayed true to the spirit of the comics. I'm excited for the sequel.
Baby Mama. Funny. Not particularly memorable, but very funny. Tina Fey + Amy Poehler is a good combo.
Speed Racer! So nuts! I had a good time watching it. Morgan and I saw it with Morgan's brother Garret and his wife. Garret totally sported the blue polo and red cloth tied around the neck, looking just like Speed Racer. I am being bold and telling you all to say pishposh to the critics and go see it! It is definitely a see-in-theaters movie. So visually stimulating. Amazing colors. It's this strange future-like feel, except the people look like they are from the 60's.
So. I am still digesting the new Death Cab album, Narrow Stairs. I'm pretty sure I really like it. It is late right now, though, and I am very tired. So I feel I am not appreciating it as much as it deserves. So I will end this post, turn off the music, and shut down my computer. I am exhausted and really need a good night's rest.
