I've been thinkin' alot about my friends lately. I think the lot of them think I'm just a comdeian. *Sighs* That's probably why Deana, Edgar, and Fernanda hate me. My mother always said to be myself, but even when I'm myself I just don't feel right. When I'm around my friends it feels like I'm hiding something, but I don't know what it is. Everybody's felt that way before. It's a part of being a teenager to feel insecure and whether or not you have real friends; trust me on this, I've felt it before and you've read my LJ. You'll get over it eventually; when expressing sadness or anger, it's good to draw something to express it instead of bottling up your feelings. I also suggest you:
- scream into a pillow
- bake something (don't burn yourself!)
- write a poem/story
- read a book (not always recommended)
- listen to RELAXING music (Enya is my recommendation or perhaps classical music)
- sing (not recommended)
- if you're sad, I suggest you cry to let out your emotions
- if you're ANGRY, then I suggest you scream into a pillow or exercise
- dance

I do NOT recommend you:
- drink any alcoholic beverages or otherwise toxic liquids
- harm yourself or others (cutting/piercing your skin or anybody else's, hit yourself or others, pick a fight, etc.)
- smoke, inject, or inhale any drugs
- scream in a public place (unless, of course, you're in a secluded area)

That's all I could come up with XP
What I do to help myself feel better is:
- sing
- draw/write
- cry (whether it be tears of rage, happiness or sadness, it's a good way to let out an emotion)
- play with Kenny/Negrita
- talk to Kenny/Negrita about my current feelings and pet them a while
