Gobstopper Cabin - Sunrise Friday
Kyle had listened to the radio broadcast as he usually did on his portable radio. It wasn't safe to move during the night, but as soon as the sun was up, he was prepared and ready to go.
In clumsy handwriting, there was a note left on the bathroom door and on the outsides of both external doors to the cabin for anyone who passed by to read it.
'Radio says trouble. Efferton Manor good place to hunker down and defend. Going there. Everyone welcome. Bring supplies. -Kyle Reese'
He gathered up what he had, including the raccoon, magpie, action figure and dragon along the way and headed for his weapons. Maybe it was nothing, but with people and places disappearing and things around that didn't seem friendly, Kyle wasn't taking any chances. He would have been out there looking for something to fight if it wasn't for Marcus, George, Hiccup and Toothless. They were depending on him and protecting them came first. He just hoped that whoever lived at Efferton Manor didn't mind visitors, or wouldn't put up too much of a fight when he showed up.
