I need some technical help
I don't know why my printer hates me. I was printing out some letters yesterday for school. The program got stuck on this one document, so I went to "Cancel Print" and cleared everything out. But since yesterday I'm still getting the message that Word is deleting that document from the queue. And, at the bottom of the dialogue box is a message "Error processing command."
I shut down and turned off everything - computer and printer. I unplugged everything and replugged it in. I'm *still* getting the message that that particular document is being deleted from the queue. I have NO idea how to fix this and am super frustrated.
Can anyone help me out?
