my adirondack adventure "pre-orientation" trip was a lot of fun, and well worth the long trip back east. i went on a canoeing trip through a bunch of small lakes in the adirondacks for 3 nights. there were 8 freshman on our trip (plus 2 upperclassmen leaders), and they were from all over the country and the world. one of the girls was from sri ( Read more... )

i'm too lazy to make a post about new york and hamilton, but i loved it there. i was gone for about a week. i met a lot of other freshman, ate cafeteria food, and basically lived the life of a college student (minus the whole "going to class" thing). it was great, and i can't wait until i go back for good in january ( Read more... )
