I got a sweet job. While I'm there(here), I can watch movies, play gameboy, go online, read, and do whatever else, as long as there isn't anything else to do. It's pretty sweet. Today I searched online in effort to complete my CD collection via eBay. Only about 60 CDs to go.
Last week I went to a show. It was fabulous. I saw Drive By, who was just okay. Moneen was great, even though they didn't play the set I exactly wanted. They're fantastic live and I'm excited to get their new CD. Circa Survive was really good, and I was glad I finally got to see them since I didn't go to that Mae show. By the time Saves the Day went on, I was in the very front. The first couple of songs were amazing. While I'm not a huge STD fan, I really love Through Being Cool and Stay What You Are. I don't own Ups & Downs or In Reverie, so I didn't know all the songs, but overall the night was really really good.
Classes are alright. One of my profs is getting really annoying and I just want to punch her in the face. She basically made fun of me in front of the whole class. It's not a big deal, because the people already know who I am, and I've already made relationships with the people that I'd like to talk to outside of class, but it was just dumb and she's a poor excuse for an educator.
I've talked to some people the last week or so that I haven't been in touch with for a while. Reconnecting is really good. Overall, everything is really good. Easter is this week, and it should bring fun shows (alkaline, against me, anberlin, emery, and cartel), a trip to Jonny's with Brent, and the end to Lent.
