WHO WANTS ME ON THEIR COUCH??
okay, so originally when i left oswego i was intending on getting a greyhound bus pass, but now it seems like it might be more feasible to attempt rideshares from craiglist, hitchhiking, etc, depending on the climate. i'm in new haven CT right now, but am looking to get out of here asap. there's some weird really cheap bus from chinatown in ny that's an option that's only $20-30 to go to baltimore, DC, rockville, philly, richmond, atlanta, and norfolk. that's one option. but there's a variety of potential rides going all over in the next few days that i'm emailing, that i could get out pretty much anywhere on, perhaps. depending on how many people respond, and where all my potential places to stay are.
so what i need from you all, if you're interested, and have the time/lack of stress to take in a stranger (not with necessarilly any obligations to "show him a good time," or do anything that costs money) is fo ryou to tell me
A--if i could stay with you, or you know a nearby place that i could and the details of it, etc.
B--how long you are comfortable with having me
c--when would be the best time/what days are definately off limits, i.e. 24,25th...new years eve. i don't want to interfere with anyones holiday plans or be a burden in any way. i want to have fun, meet new people, and have memorable experiences, even if they are only in the form of profound conversations.
