Im wearing a chiffon sweetheart style dress and I need some ideas for maximum pushup and bellysmoothing.
I have a victoria secret smoothing dress thing but the downside is I dont think I can "get down with my bad self" in it. I walk,well, like my knees are taped together.

I went to Lady Grace in Tyngsboro, MA. The women there are wonderful. They measured and fitted me for a bra (and as I had suspected, I went down from a 38DD to a 36D). I ended up with this bra:
