Wedding Pictures!

Before I link to the pictures, I wanted to post the wedding tips that I came out of this experience with:

* Remember to count yourselves. We forgot to count ourselves in the limo count, which caused a fuss on the day of.

* If you're a destination wedding, tell your cake servers (or whoever at your reception site) to make sure to cut the cake so that there's no left-overs. We ended up not only with our top layer (which was huge) but also with half of the bottom layer. We ate cake for dessert every day for four days, and we still didn't finish it all before we left.

* Allow "chill out" time as much as possible on the wedding day. We had 30 minute periods here and there that we were able to just sit and relax, and that was a very good thing.

* If you're hungry at your reception, eat. No one will fault you for it, and it will prevent cranky bride syndrome later. Do rounds between courses or once you've filled up. And force yourself to eat some breakfast and/or lunch, even if it's something small or unhealthy. I had breadsticks for lunch, because it's my favorite food and since I'm a low-carb person, I don't get to have them much. :) They were neutral, and it got me to eat even though my stomach was in knots.

And of course, there's the things you always hear...don't sweat the small stuff, just enjoy the day, etc. etc. Me personally...I wasn't nervous. I cried a little during our vows but not much elsewhere...I even stuck my tongue out at him during the ceremony to try to keep him from crying. :) I was mainly just ridiculously happy. I also planned my happy little butt off, and it showed throughout the weekend. We had no major issues. We stayed on schedule. Everyone knew where to be and when. And, we came in under budget by a fairly high amount.

Pictures are posted at http://www.tsukata.org/tkgallery/ , and I included some highlights in the lj-cut below:
