still tossing around some ideas.
originally we were going with dark green, dark purple, silver, with use of peacock feathers.
then we decided that, envisioning the photos (the only evidence that will last forever), we didn't like being surrounded by those colors.
now we're looking at heavy use of black and white, still with use of peacock feathers.
but, who knows... we've still got a bit to nail it all down.
Formality:
We both like formal/classy things, so it'll probably look pretty formal, but we're not going to be stuffy about it.

Through a mutual friend that we had class with and then we realized that we'd been going to the same church as well.

Not yet. But both being total geeks, we will eventually.

Our wedding will definitely be a non-traditional one. He's more traditional than me, however I'm doing most of the planning. I don't even know much about wedding traditions, but as I learn about them my typical response has been, "That's silly. I'm going to do it this way instead..."
