So, we're having cheesecake for our wedding cake. But FH has a friend who's allergic to wheat and chocolate, and I have a cousin who's allergic to nuts. Plus, we figured we should have an alternative for people who are not lactose-friendly. I called it the air cake, because after all the stuff you CAN'T put in there, there's nothing left but air! lol
So we found a lady who runs a small bakery service out of her house and specializes in vegan / substitute baking.
She suggested cupcakes because there will be no gluten and that'll make things more crumbly. But then she gave us suggestions for flavors. And I'm like, OMG MAKE ALL OF THEM. LOL
So, which would vote for?? (Note, the buttercream / cream cheese toppings would be vegan, so not actually butter or cream or cheese, lol.)

* Blueberry cupcakes with maple brown butter frosting.
* Apple cupcakes with caramel frosting.
* Pumpkin cupcakes with cream cheese frosting.
