Bachelorette Something Extras
Hi all
My wedding is long passed (*sad-face*), but I am a bridesmaid in a wedding that's 5 weeks away. I've spearheaded the planning on a bachelorette day next weekend that involves a small group going on the Maid of the Mist tour of Niagara followed by a picnic lunch and then a larger group going out for dinner and drinks.
The bride was a bridesmaid in my wedding and she made me a t-shirt with a bride cartoon on it and decorated wine glasses for me and all the bridesmaids (3 total) to use during our wine-tour bachelorette weekend and at the rehearsal dinner/wedding... so I want to go slightly above and beyond since she did so for me.
I've been trying to come up with ideas of cute things to do that will make the day extra special (instead of just like a day of random tourism in Buffalo, NY), but I'm having a hard time.
I'm not such a huge fan of clothing items with "bride" or "bachelorette" written all over them, since you can only use them for that one day and then they get stuck in a drawer somewhere... but I seriously can not come up with anything else.
So, ladies, any ideas on ways to make a bachelorette gathering extra special for the bride?
