oh my god, my hair. i've had a love/hate relationship my entire life, but am finally coming to grips with the fact that it will always be crazy and uncontrollable. i've tried straightening it several times, just never works. curly is the way to be. :)

nobody ever likes their hair the way that it is! i would looove to have curly hair like yours, but mine is straight as an arrow... i can't even style it because nothing will hold!

also, i'm with the girl up there... i totally want to be friends with you guys. especially if that van actually works!

have you heard of Wall Drug? if not, it's this big cheesy tourist trap in South Dakota. i had never been there before, but always wanted to go. kyle took me there, and little did i know, he had arranged for a giant banner with my name on it to be hung in the dining room. i was completely and utterly shocked!

Looks like you had a beautiful day for pictures! Good thing you didn't wait until October, like my FH and I did, lol. What is with winter hitting the midwest already??? We're also 10.02.10, so hopefully next October is nicer than this one!!!

We actually wanted to take our photos on our -1 anniversary, but we couldn't make it to Minnesota that weekend.. so we did it one week earlier. ;) Luckily we had great weather.. I was afraid because it rained the entire week before!

Let's just cross our fingers it's gorgeous EVERYWHERE on 10.02.10 :) !!!!

I know what it was like in MN that weekend - amusingly enough I was there! My FH and I went up (from WI) to visit with one of his groomsmen and to hit the RenFaire that Sunday. It was SO cold and wet and just icky out. But I'm convinced that Mother Nature is getting the whole nasty October thing out of her system this year so that we have perfect weather next year. ;-)

Yep, our wedding will be in Minnesota... all outdoors... in October... we're definitely taking a risk. We'll be prepared for the worst, but hoping for the best!
