So, I am taking small steps to improve my life. I am using Brandons wonderful advice of making goals and awarding myself when I have reached them. Ive become tired of being in a rut and feeling down all the time and now I am trying to turn things around. Im just going to type a list of different things, in no particular order just to get things going:
- Quit Michaels and find a much better job.
- Take vitamins.
- Eat way better and reach a healthy weight.
- read one book a month for enjoyment.
- write in my journal(s) everyday.
- paint/draw more.
- make a book
- hang out with ppl more.
- try and talk with my dad more.
- plan a trip with friends
- save up for the trip(s)
- go on the actual trip(s)
- be more communicative.
- reinvent my wardrobe.
- start making food at home.
- bring food to work.
- hang out with Dara more.
- make a budget and stick to it.
- save money better.
- try out for another play, maybe.
- stop biting my nails.
- wear dresses more.
- learn French again.
- start exercising.
- go skiing.
- go hiking/mt climbing
- go camping.
- go snorkeling/ free diving.
- cut and donate my hair.
thats all i can think of now.
any suggestions?
