Vaguely spherical, generally gelatinous.. I'd say that sounds like a jellyfish to me. Even though I've never seen one be patriotic.

I'm not sure. I was sort of hoping someone here had dealt with one before, to be honest. I've only communicated with a few... owners of the little guys.
