It was just that Belarus had just met Reisen, so she was trying to sound all superior and claim that she already knew about her and stuff. Kind of a 'how could you think this is strange this is totally perfectly normal to me' and it's a lame attempt at humor and I'm really sorry for the misunderstanding.]
