There is a strange glow around the city of late. And from what I have been able to distinguish, the glow is not exactly one that a person would typically associate with good will. I have noticed that this glow ebbs and wanes with things within the city limits.

Be alert, citizens, and stay safe.

The Glow of Imagination has led me to this place. In all of my travels, I cannot say that I have seen a place nearly as magnificent as this outside Wondertropolis.
