This has certainly been an election to recall for years. But this aspect, bloody hell, Kensington traditionally Conservative is won by Labour. By 20 votes. When people say they don't think their vote makes a difference, this is Proof that it does.

I really thought that I would stay up for the election night results, but I'm not. It will be what it will be, like Brexit I have to live with the results whether that was my choice or not. As a postal voter this is my vote now sent. Regardless of what happens over the next few days, I've had to cast my vote already and I already knew Exactly how I would vote this time. I have changed from my previous lifelong Conservative vote which had been based on their former local MP here to Labour. Purely and 100% because of Corbyn.

I find this news both extremely concerning and incredibly infuriating, the Conservatives are to stop people from voting if they don't own a passport or a driving licence. I have never been abroad in my life so have never owned a passport and I am not allowed to drive anymore either. Under Conservative plans I will not be able to vote. Even though ( Read more... )

And so yesterday my postal vote for the Referendum was both completed and posted. I always find the whole postal vote experience nerve wracking, checking, rechecking, checking again it's done right..! And always I am forever grateful to those in the past who fought & campaigned for my right as a female to vote.
