(cross posted from Facebook Friday)
Well my beautiful little cottage has made the decision for me, I had a drawer full of graphical art cards that I sold in the 1980s as I wasn't in work & the local 6th form wouldn't take me as we were in temporary accommodation (for 13 months!). There was no Income Support or DWP & Child Benefit stopped as at 16 I wasn't in education. So I designed & was self employed doing calligraphy, graphical art and patchwork. It was all there was. I still had a whole drawer load of these cards left. In the downsizing sort out I returned unsure what to do with them.... They're mould infected. All paper, card, material and leather gets infected if it touches the floors. Just above the floor is almost as bad. I can't sell them and it wouldn't be fair to give them away, they Reek. I've saved 5 of each remaining design. The others I shall have to burn. There goes more of the past up in flames :-(
