Meshuggah
I was listening to Meshuggah's newest album, ObZen, and pondering the syncopated rhythms and non-standard time signatures they use, when I had an insight: in this respect, Meshuggah is like Rush, if Rush actually rocked.
Follow up 10/15: After writing this, I read on Wikipedia that one of Tomas Haake's influences has been, in fact, Neil Peart. I'm going to go ahead and infer from this that I'm insightful as well as a little psychic.
