So far he's more focused on escape. But if he gets enough technology to make a badnik army, he'd try to use folk like us to power it.

He's a large human. Bald with a big moustache. He usually dresses in red and black.

He shouldn't be much of a threat right now. [As far as Knuckles knows anyway.] But you would still be better off avoiding him.
