If you're interested in the decriminalization of marijuana or simply opposed to prohibition and other irrational constraints on personal freedom, I'd recommend sending a letter to your congressional representative urging him or her to vote Yes on H.R. 5843 ("Act to Remove Federal Penalties for Personal Use of Marijuana by Responsible Adults".) There is an e-mail form letter available here, provided by the National Organization for the Reformation of Marijuana Laws (NORML), which will send an e-mail directly to your district's representative based on your zip code.
