I wonder if they meant just the actual city of Miami or all of Miami-Dade county? This poll is incorrect unless they're also including the various incorporated cities (Coral Gables, South Miami, Coconut Grove, etc.) that make up the county. The most notable area is Miami Beach (specifically South Beach), which is its own municipality and not connected to the city of Miami (except by bridges), even though it is the area most often depicted in popular media as representing "Miami".
