Silly Journal Article Titles

Feb 29, 2008 11:58

One of the things I like about legal research is coming across the silly references and terrible puns that law students, scholars, and practitioners love to put in the titles of their journal articles. Researching RFID and privacy just now, I came across:

Jerry Brito, Relax Don't Do It: Why RFID Privacy Concerns are Exaggerated and Legislation is Premature, 2004 UCLA J.L. & Tech. 5 [available here]

Reference in respectable journal article to '80s club hit about gay sex FTW.
