"Marge is in the house! Or I will be soon, 'cuz it needs cleaning!"
Phwoo! I have a clean stove, clean pot scrubbed free of carbonized lentils, and *drumroll* a clean bathroom! The walls have been cleaned of lint and condensation streaks, the mirror sparkles, the toilet water is a lovely chemical shade of blue, and the baseboard is WHITE! So is the top of the kitchen stove! The crud has been cleaned from the metal dishes under the stove elements! The counters have been wiped down and the floor swept! Zowie. The bathtub itself is not clean (it's big, it's not really dirty per se, and I don't see the point), but I yanked a really impressive, really grotty clump of hair out of the drain, an operation I performed on the sink recently as well.
I should have done this weeks ago, before the_drifter and mrbowers made their visits, but at least writing group tomorrow will benefit from my cleaning frenzy. Y'all should come on dowwwwn.
Any of you lovely PDX ladies want to go to the E-Room this weekend maybe? I haven't been yet and I feel like a sortie.
