I really wish I had "Gangster's Paradise" on my computer right now...

...b/c our security guard in North Holland has her hair done like Coolio (the short little braids that stand up everywhere) circa 1996. When Sam and I came in after having dinner with Bryce we came in and she was asleep. I coughed so she might wake up and open the door for us, but to no avail. I said "Excuse me?". Nothing. Sam and I ended up walking over to the South entrance to get in. On the way back our our room I made a parody of Gangster's Paradise that I will now share with you. It should be sung to the melody of the chorus.

"Been spending most our lives
waiting in the lobby for our cards to swipe
Try to cough and talk real nice
Still waiting in the lobby for our cards to swipe"

Yes.

The best thing about this is that making that song is the most productive thing I've done all day. I woke up at 1:30 b/c last night Sam and I decided to go to the rugby house and I think someone roofied me b/c I should not have been as drunk as I was based on what I had (a cup of jungle juice and two beers). So on our way back down Atwood I decided it would be a sweet idea to ring Matt Wein's doorbell (sorry Matt...I don't think you were home anyway). Also sometime during the trek down Atwood, Will Powers chastized me for walking too slow. Good luck winning a spot on SGB, buddy. I think most kids at Pitt would rather jump off a cliff rather than have you represent us.

Classes have been going pretty well. I just realized a few minutes ago that my research paper on NATO/EU in relation to the Czech Republic in security policy is due on Thursday. At least I don't have to work til Thursday night so I can work on that. Good thing all of my other classes are easy.

Tonight I think a bunch of us are going to Ginza for some party celebrating one of the SGB slates. I honestly don't really care about who is having the party b/c my allegiance is to the Open Minds slate and I have already been to their party. I'm in it for the good mixed drinks.

Sam and I are going to go watch more Sports Night now. See you guys soon- Only a week and a half left until Thanksgiving break!
