Tournament 2 Sign-ups - CLOSED
All right, the second tournament is here! This is basically a contest that consists of weekly one-on-one challenges. The lowest-scoring icon in each match is eliminated while the other moves on. There are no skips so not submitting on time will result in elimination. More information over here.
From the results of the poll I've decided to keep this game single-elimination, but allow technical challenges.
Important changes for this round:
1. There will be a published bracket each round. This is kind of confusing but if a round has an odd number of people, one match will be randomly chosen to be a three-way match. So basically the bracket is somewhat predetermined but there's a random element as well so future matches are not set in stone.
2. There are no aliases this round.
3. You may specify cap OR technical challenges.

Wednesday Oct. 27 - Wednesday Nov. 3: Sign-ups open
Thursday Nov. 4 - First challenge goes up
Friday Nov. 12 - First challenge ends
Sundays: Results/Challenges go up
Fridays: Voting goes up

If you don't specifically disallow something in your challenge and a participant asks "Is X allowed?" I will assume the answer is yes.
