(no subject)
well, after my emotional breakdown on monday, ive decided that that was a pitiful showing on my part. ive decided not to feel sorry for myself anymore. im over it anyway, i just had to readjust my priorities and not think about all this trivial bullshit.
this morning was my econ midterm. goodness, that was a doozer. he had a lot of true-false questions and for some reason most of the answers on my test seemed to be false...that doesnt look to hot. plus his questions are worded so vaguely that i found myself sitting there asking "what are you asking?" oh well, im hopin for a B- on that midterm. plus it's only a fourth of our grade so if i do bad hopefully i can make it up with the next midterm. but geez, my T.A. for this course is so funny! not because he means to be (well sometimes he does, plotting a graph comparing guns and roses..get it? ok not so funny), but mostly its because he doesnt really know how to teach. so now and then in the middle of section i'm laughing to myself because it's so ridiculous that i dont know what the hell he's talking about. however he has one sexy accent! i think he's russian or something. his name is vitali. but yeah thats prob why he cant communicate so well. every other word he says is "um" and its even funnier when he comes in the class panting cause i guess he was running late, then starting the lesson quickly after he drops his bag. so he's panting and saying "um" while trying to teach. but he's a cool T.A. i have the feeling that be really knows his stuff, its just that he has some trouble communicating that with us.
but im actually proud of myself this quarter. its the end of third week and i dont seem to be far behind with any of my classes. im pretty much up to date with the readings so im feeling good. but i have an italian test tomorrow so gotta study for that. and write a intro paragraph for french. did you guys know that "queue" in french means a guys thing? haha. i found that hilarious. guess we know what it means now! haha. (it also means line but thats the vulgar interpretation)
gosh im so tired! last night we had a what did you say it was sheryl? "sala talk." hahaha. that was fun. we were all making fun of each other all night. good times good times. but yeah my roommate canceled the cable so i dont have cable anymore!!!!! i think im gonna die. it gives me more time to study, but still i'll sacrifice studying for the tv.
and i got to beef it with sheryl last night! THE DECEPTION! hahahaha. and hey "love is in the air!" but cupid missed my stop remember! hahahaha. and my roommate started laughing so hard when i was talking to you because i was talking sooo ghetto! ("why you laggin homie?" she almost pissed her pants when she heard that!)
its starting to get cold. but its cool i like it better when the weather is like this. allows me to bust out all my scarves and jackets right ann? hahaha. damn i have soo many of each! but yeah i like it when its windy. but c'mon can you believe that even when people KNOW that its gonna rain girls still wear their short jean skirts and sandals? damn, i guess you got to look all dolled up no matter how cold and wet youre gonna be!
