EDIT: Dress tops & -New mesh- outerwear.
Okie dokie...I just delved back into my Sims 2 game after a couple of months of taking a breather, and I've already downloaded some stuff again (arg, all you awesome creators), but there's something I've been looking for since before I stopped playing a while back.
First...I downloaded a ton of leggings - by Rosehage, Xandher, and someone else on TSR whose name escapes me - but I hardly have any tops to go with them. I've gotten the ones by Xandher, and a few others I again can't place the creator of, but I'd love to have some more. Maybe something that looks almost like a dress, rather than a long shirt? Or something with a belt around the waist? I dunno, you guys are awesome judges of content, so does anyone have any suggestions? For both teen and adult female, if you please.

And also...Outerwear on new meshes. Since I have only The Sims Life Stories, everything I download has to be basegame only, so I'm looking for some wintery outfits and/or tops for ALL ages and BOTH genders, based on new, NON-SEASONS meshes. I've been through the weekly finds post, and picked out some really nice ones, but a fair few of them are recolors of Seasons meshes. Here are some of what I have already:
