Guess who I found on facebook today.
Or more correctly,
who found me! O_O
My bff from primary school who I've lost contact with for 10 years! Who I've been looking for all this time!!
I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the friend request!!!
We both went to SIS in 6th grade. Back then we were like together all the time. xD
Then she left Shanghai, (it was popular to write in a "friendship book" back then right, "best friends forever" LOL) and her contact info in the book soon became invalid. We just lost contact, and no one knows where she went. She just vanished. D:
Ever since facebook came out I've been looking for her on there, with no success.
It's actually not easy to disappear like that. Because the international school circle is pretty small, and students move a lot between the schools, so you can say everyone's connected by less than 3 people. If you just ask around, you should be able to find anyone.
Turns out that she had stayed in China for a while after she left Shanghai, and then went to UK, and right now she's studying at University College London. And what's more unbelievable, her current roommate went to SIS too after she left, which means I've probably met her before!
The world is really small...rofl
(This whole thing makes me wanna take facebook more seriously...it actually connects people eh? XD)
