Just me checking in
Well, I've taken a step towards completing one of my resolutions. I had an appointment with my doctor today. My surgery will be taking place sometime in early May, and I will have a 6-8 week recovery period.
I'm really looking forward to this. Not to the surgery itself (not fond of pain and all), but just knowing that I will be getting these tumors out of me - relieving the pressure on my back, hips, pelvis and intestines - is exciting. And once I've recovered, I can work on the rest of my health.
